Early Bird Add-on is not working as expected

Hi,
We have installed your add-on on our Jira to try it but unfortunately we are unable to make it work.
Our issue is the we have multiple projects (therefore multiple board) and only 3 boards are available in the add board drop-down list button.
What configuration do we need in our Jira, can you help us?
