Hi,

thank you for implementing the Jira date field configuration with Version 4.0, improves the usability a lot.

But it seems there is bug. If you drag and drop additional Issues from the sidebar the duration is always auto 40 days and it impacts/changes the original start- enddate and duration.

There is no way to get the Issue into the roadmap with its original dates.

Anybody else struggling with this issue?

Thanks,

Nik

Hi @Nikolaus Basic

Thanks for your question and for trying out Version 4.0 of Easy Agile Roadmaps.

If an issue has start and end dates mapped correctly it would auto-populate in the 'issues without themes' swimlane on the roadmap - you wouldn't even need to drag it in.

To configure this you or your Jira Administrator need to go to the Jira Administration screen under the system admin icon. Then go to manage apps and under Easy Agile Roadmaps Config menu on the left, you will be able to map the correct start and end date fields.

If you do drag in an issue from the sidebar then the date syncing feature will automatically update the start and due date field on the Jira issue.

If you wish to change the start and end date after you drag something onto the roadmap, you can drag and end of the roadmap schedule to alter the length (and dates will sync back to the issue).

Thanks Nikolaus. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers,
