Eazy BI Subscription Charges

We had taken a Free trial of EazyBI, which I then unsbscribed before my trial period ended. However we were charged the monthly subscription fees even after we unsubscribed the App.

Has anyone else face a similar issue before with EazyBI

Hello Rohan,

All eazyBI for Jira licenses are "paid-via-Atlassian" and managed by Atlassian Marketplace. For this reason, you should unsubscribe from the eazyBI app trial through Atlassian Marketplace, so Atlassian would not start to charge you when the next cycle starts.
