PROBLEM
I have added the custom field First Resolution User (from Enhancer Plugin for Jira) as an imported field in my Source configuration in eazyBI. I am trying to create a Created vs. Resolved chart in eazyBI, but instead of the standard closed count measure I want to get a count of issues that were first resolved by a member of the support team.
First Resolution User is being imported as a Dimension and a Property. Any ideas on what the calculation should be to get the correct count on resolved issues?
Any thoughts? Anyone?
