We are adding Questions to issues using QandA.
The name is added to the question (in the format @user), and the user has an email address attached.
The user does not receive an email.
In Outgoing Email in Admin - sending a test email works. The user in question also receives Jira notifications from filters.
Any suggestions as to why they are not being notified of a new question please?
It looks like a bug on our side. We have identified the problem and a fix will be available as soon as possible.
The problem should now be fixed.
Version 1.0.5 is available for download: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/ro.agrade.jira.qanda

Hi Clair,
They should, if you're running version 1.0.3 (well, 1.0.4, cause the emails are nicely formatted). The text should transform itself into [~user] and the mail should be sent (but not if you're the same person, i.e. self-addressed).
Do you have any errors in the logs ?
