We are getting an error as – Error:Unexpected response code: 503 when trying to upload test cases in Zephyr using the loading utility

Hi John,

As per the error code 503, it says "Service is unavailable". Can you be more precise about the error or share a log trace/screenshot that helps. Please check if you are able to access JIRA from the node where you are launching the utility to upload test cases.

Swapna, the issue is resolved. I think there was some connectivity issues due to which we have the 503 error. we are able to load test cases today
