Error connecting with tempo on mobile

Hi there,

 

I have installed tempo as a plugin but the app doesn't work. I can't login at all.

Even if I do all the things mentioned here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-questions/Error-connecting-to-tempo-cloud-from-app/qaq-p/637909

it doesn't work.

Do you have any Ideas?
