Error in bulk user creator

I have JIRA v6.1.2(with LDAP authentication ) and I try to use "Bulk User Creator for JIRA" v1.5. But when I started import, I had error.

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 2  at uk.co.commercecomputing.users.file.CSVFileImpl.readCSVFile(CSVFileImpl.java:82)  at uk.co.commercecomputing.users.BulkUsersAction.doExecute(BulkUsersAction.java:109)  at webwork.action.ActionSupport.execute(ActionSupport.java:165)...

Could I use that add-on with LDAP authentication

I am not aware of any issues with LDAP. Are you able to post a snippet of the CSV file you are using to create the users?

OK. The format I would expect for a Comma Separated File is:

test1,test1,1@ank.ru,test1

test2,test2,2@ank.run,test2

Another question: what permissions a user must have to work with the add-on(jira-administrators?).

Yes. Unless you are in the administrators group you will not see the dropdown menu.

You can't specify project and roles.

The add-on is only for the initial creation of users.
