Error in mapping 'Reporter' when Trying To Import Test Cases Using Zephyr Importer Tool

We are on Zephyr 4.02 and are having issues mapping the Reporter field using the Importer tool. Am getting "Sheet1:Row:1:The reporter specified is not a user. " error. Not sure why I am getting this error.
