Hi,

We have recently installed Zephyr for JIRA in our test enviornment to evaluate the plugin and coming across the issue mentioned. Can someone please let us know why the issue is coming up and necessary solution to resolve it.

JIRA : 5.1.3

Zephyr for JIRA: 2.1.2.1465

Hello Nagarjuna,

Could you please check you have a compatible license of Zephyr for JIRA with your JIRA license. Probably when Zephyr user limit is incompatible with the JIRA user limit this exception was thrown. Make sure the user limit for Zephyr is equal or more than that of JIRA user limit.
