Export / Import of repeating data

Can I view the Repeating Issues data elements in List View?  Can I export them and therefore will the Import form Excel function allow me to create issues with repeating features?

Please check the Repeating Issues add-on 1.0.0 version. It has administration view where you can list all repeated issues in your JIRA. It has also option to export/import data to/from CSV file. Just update the add-on and read this add-on documentation for more details.
