If the structure formula can support in/not in operations it would simplify the formula creation/usage.
Currently, we would need multiple if conditions for simple operations shown below.
Currrent Scenario:
if(
(safepi = 'PI13' AND status = 'planned' AND safecommitment = 'Committed'), "Yes",
(safepi = 'PI13' AND status = 'planned' AND safecommitment = 'Uncommitted'), "Yes",
(safepi = 'PI13' AND status = 'in progress' AND safecommitment = 'Committed'), "Yes",
(safepi = 'PI13' AND status = 'in progress' AND safecommitment = 'Uncommitted'), "Yes",
"No")
Updated Scenario:
if(
(safepi = 'PI13' AND status in ('planned','in progress') AND safecommitment in ('Committed','Uncommitted')), "Yes",
"No")
If we support in/not in operations the usage would be simplified further.
Hello @alwaysharsha
Dionathan from ALM Works here.
Here is an example formula you could use as a template:
IF ( JQL{
safepi in ("PI13") and
status in ("Planned", "In Progress") and
safecommitment in ("Committed","Uncommitted")};
"Yes"; "No"
)
Please note that this formula will work only on the latest versions of Structure (V7.0 +).
Also, here you can find more information about Formulas and Arrays: https://wiki.almworks.com/documentation/structure/array-functions-115289495.html
Please let me know if it helps.
