Gantt Chart Project for JIRA stucks on "Please wait" message

After more than 1 week of testing the Gantt Chart Project for JIRA plug-in we're now facing a problem using the non-administrative top menu GANTT functions. A message "Please wait" is displayed and stucks. Another confirmation message box is displaying "Error" and "Failure: not found".

There are also some java errors listed in the atlassian-jira.log (see attached). (atlassian-jira.log)

plug-in version: 2.2.18

JIRA version: v5.2.7

We are using the 30 days trial license.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Could you send us the log of JIRA in debug mode of our plugin?

We've encountered this same error in 5.2.4 and 6.1.1 with corresponding plugins. Even in debug mode, we were never able to find the root cause.
