Gantt-Chart for JIRA do we need upgrade

Hello,

We currently have JIRA for 50 users and Gant also for 50 users. We use JIRA for two cases:

    For Develepers daily jobs with Gant planning

    For our client which can create issues

Now we have more clients and we need JIRA for 100 users, but Gant will use only programmers (about 30). Do we need also upgrade Gant?

According to the Atlassian rules of their Marketplace and licensing for add-ons being paid via Atlassian, the amount of users must match the number of licensed user for the related Atlassian product, here JIRA.
