Gantt-Chart for JIRA or Gantt-Chart Project gadgets not visible to anonymous users

I have set the permissions for all projects so that Anyone can browse. Anonymous users can indeed browse projects and issues. I have put both of these Gantt-Chart gadgets (de polscheit, soyatec) on the system dashboard but they are empty boxes until the user logs in.

The tag "addon-com.soyatec.jira.plugins.jira-ganttchart" is wrong: please delete it here.
