I am trying to install Gantt Cloud. After clicking in Free Trial it istarts installing showing "Updating add-on licenses". The installation bar goes until the end and nothing more happen after this. When I try to use Gantt Cloud I always get the same message:

Gantt Cloud license is expired or missing.

You need an active license to use this plugin. Check out Add-on's Administration page for more details.

Try everything again. Without success.

Really annoying..

I contacted support and waiting for reply, but if it fails at this stage, it looks like going to another plugin..

Nei, did you follow their installation instructions? If you did and it's still not working, I'd highly suggest shooting them an email.
