Gantt-chart permission cannot be set

Gantt-chart project permissions (visible for all members of project role, visible for all members of group) cannot be set in administer project. After pressing the 'Change' button the selection will switch back to none.

Clarified and fixed: Microsoft IE 8 caused the problem based on W3C-incompatibility/other interpretation.

The current v.2.1.4 as of Sept. 27th contains this fix: you can set the group and/or project role as well as select multiple projects within the plugins configuration.
