The company where I am currently employed has previously the Gantt Chart Trial. The Project Manager who requested the trial is no longer employed and his experience with the trial are unknown.
We currently are working on getting a GanttChart plugin for JIRA and to decided whether yours GanttChart plugin is the right for us we need a new trial period. Is this possible?

You can just delete the expired evaluation license key within JIRA's UPM (manage add-ons), reload the page and click on "get free trial" to retrieve another evaluation license key via Atlassian's Marketplace. Due to obvious reasons, Atlassian counts that in order to avoid unlimited retries.
If you have any question, please do not hesitate to open a support request by opening the menu within my Gantt-Chart and click on "support request".

Hi Peter,
I'm not sure if that's possible. I recommend you to create a request to Customer Advocates (https://support.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/5), they'll be able to answer your question and if possible they will provide a new trial license.
