Get the value of a field on specific date in Expr

Hi

I want to display on Jira structure a column with the value of the field "fixVersion" on a specific date using Formula. 

Meaning -

The formula results should be what was the value of "fix version" (or any other field) on the date Dec 1st 2021? 

is it possible?

Is there also a way to extract in Expr (formula in structure column) on which date was a specific field updated?
