Getting Started: Adding Jira Users to Tempo Planner

Hi guys,

We're brand new to capacity planning applications after having done it manually for quite a while. We have been using Jira for quite some time and decided to shop around for a capacity planning application to fulfill our needs.

How do we add Jira users to Tempo planner in order to create teams? Global permissions seem set to allow our jira-users access to the application but no users show up when we attempt to add members. Projects and Boards seem linked just fine, however. Should something else be done?

Just figured out that the confusion was due to the search function needing full names of everything to work.
