HTML Link to Create issue

I'm using the following URL to create issue in JIRA automatically

<baseurl>/CreateIssueDetails!init.jspa?pid=10502&os_username=<>&os_password=<>&Summary=Testing&issuetype=21

However it still shows that the user is not logged in. Please let know the correct URL . Also I would like to know to get the summary field paramater and cascading field paramater into the query .

I may not be understanding exactly what you're looking for...but we've just started poking around with Issue Collectors: Atlassian Doco

You can do quite a bit of configuration on what shows up in the form, and they allow for issues to be collected without the submitter logging into JIRA. (However, you do end up needing to define an existing licensed user that will show in JIRA as the Issue Reporter.)
