Herzum mail handler throws ORA-12899: value too large for column "JIRA"."AO_D195E9_APPROVAL_HISTORY"."COMMENT" (actual: 317, maximum: 255) exception

A particular approval by email is causing the subject above. JIRA then continues to throw this exception and creates the same approval comment to the issue every 2 minutes until we had the issue sporting a total of 854 comments.

Initially investigating, we discovered that the approver who had sent the email had included his signature on it which may have bumped the column limit but I could be wrong.

Please, meanwhile we investigate the issue, remove the approval associated to this user by this specific issue via the Define Approval button.
