I looked into similar requests and do not think this has been solved.
I am trying to export from HP ALM into Zephyr Squad. To do so I need an Excel file with test cases and a repository of attachments that can be imported into Jira/Zephyr Squad.
There does not seem to be a way to export test cases with attachments in ALM. Are there any solutions, ideally not requiring custom development? If custom development is needed, are there any resources than can help?
I have similar question. For larger projects my company uses ALM which has a bulk load capability of loading MANY - 100 or more test cases at once, unlike Zephyr style "bulk" which permits only ONE Test Case to load from excel at a time. ALM we can load in minutes hundreds of Test Cases, but Zephyr appears to be a manual single excel load of Test Cases and associated steps. For our midsize to smaller projects now we are using JIRA which requires us to use Zephyr instead of ALM to load up test cases. We did not account for having to allocate days to have someone data enter all the Test Cases in Zephyr. Is there a better way to truly BULK LOAD - ie 100 Test Cases and associated steps in one upload via excel or csv like ALM does? We have had to resort to going back to using excel due to the inability to quickly load multiple test cases and associated test scripts to Zephyr efficiently. Would someone share how to load in a single file 100's of test cases associated to various JIRA tickets (requirements) in Zephyr?
Hi Rob, Hope you are well!!
I have the same query now as you had in 2022.Wondering if you got your query resolved of how to export ALM test cases and important in Zephyr squad?
Your help would be appreciated.
Thanks
