How can I grant permissions of Tool Administrator?

Hi, Support Team. Pretty simple question. As system administrator how can i grant permission of Tool Administrator to user? I cant find solution in docs

Hi Foris,

On Global Permissions you can see the group that has Administrators permission.
Once you have the group name, you can add the user to that group.

Thank you Paula. If I understand you right, role JIRA Administrator and Tool Administrator is the same. Paraphrasing, if I want to grant Tool Administrator permissions to user, I should add him in administrator group in global permissions.

Correct, Foris. If you have a group named "administrators" and if that group has JIRA Administrator permission on Global Permissions, then you should add the user to "administrators" group.
