I have a project space in which we work in the author space to update documentation in Confluence (using Scroll Versions and Comala Workflow).
I would like to add the page version as text in the page. This is possible using a user macro, or even the Change History macro. However, when I publish the space to a new space, the page version changes to reflect that of the new space.
Is there a way to carry forward the page version (or even better the entire page history) to a new space when publishing? Alternatively, is there a macro that can be configured to only run in the author space?
Hi Vesal.
This is not currently possible when publishing with Scroll Versions.
We have an improvement in our JIRA to support a couple of use cases where users might want to keep the history of a versioned page: https://k15t.jira.com/browse/VSN-3146. If you have further questions, please let me know.
