How can in install Test-Case-Management.jwb in JIRA 6 ?

I have downloaded this file Test-Case-Management.jwb and the plugin manager states:

Could not find a handler capable of installing the add-on at Test-Case-Management.jwb. Check that the file is a valid add-on.
How can I install it?

i have found it. it is in the workflow for the project.

In JIRA 6 you can import workflows from the workflow creation page in the admin pages (..secure/admin/workflows/ListWorkflows.jspa). Import should be right next to add workflows on the top right of the work flow list.
