How do I add an attachment and/or multiple attachments to an Insight object?

I need to be able to add pictures of the serial numbers as well as our asset tags to Insight for better tracking of materials. How is this done? I don't see anything other than an Avatar that I can add and that will not work for more than one and will not allow for me to zoom in on the picture to see the details of the serial numbers.  

We are on Jira cloud too.

I have the same requirement. Unfortunately there is no answer to your question.

Did you find a way to add pictures to Insight objects? Do you have some work-around?

No. I have not found a work around yet. We just are not adding pictures to the tickets yet.  Kind of a bummer, but that is where we are at as well.  Sorry.
