Whenever I click configure for Bonfire on in our Atlassian onDemand installation I get sent to a login screen. We use Google auth however neither Google Auth nor my direct password for our Atlassian onDemand works to log in and configure Bonfire.
I'd like to ensure that most users of the Bonfire plugin get a set of fields that match the ones in our usual scheme.
Hi Tom,
There's nothing in that screen customers need to configure, so no access is provided to it.
Information about configuring templates (which I think is what you are after) can be found here.
hey Tom, if the add-on is succcessfully added in your https://my.atlassian.com/ for trial, you could browse this documentaion: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BONFIRE/Atlassian+Bonfire+Documentation

Hi Tom
I guess you would need to login to https://my.atlassian.com and register a trial license for your Bonfire.
Basically, To enable Bonfire you must go to https://my.atlassian.com and click on Configure next to your OnDemand account then you will be able to add Bonfire and many other add-ons.
I hope it helps you!
Cheers :)
