How do we get BulkClone to also copy over Test Details from Zephyr? When using BulkClone to clone many Zephyr Test Cases at once the Test Details are not copied into the cloned JIRA Test.
Current Versions:
JIRA: 6.4.2
Zephyr: 2.5.2.25201808
BulkClone: 1.0.19.1

HI J S
Thanks for trying out Zephyr
We understand you are using the BulkClone plugin along with our Zephyr plugin. We will check internally with our product team if there is something blocking from Zephyr's end with the Bulk Clone plugin that is preventing our test steps to be cloned.
Meanwhile can you also raise the same concern with BulkCLone plugin Support. SInce Zephyr uses the JIRA Clone functionality adn BulkClone plugin's functionality is completely independent from us , we feel BulkClone support would have much more inputs to be given
Thanks

Hi, For Zephyr 3.x and Jira 7.x test details are cloned, we are looking into why this suddenly works in this version of Zephyr and if there are any caveats. We have not done anything specific to Bulk Clone versions for Jira 7.x to enable this, so the changes resides on the Zephyr side. So in summary if you want to make it work, you need to upgrade both your Jira version to Jira 7.x and Bulk Clone version to either 1.1.0 for Bulk Clone Basic https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.lbcg.jira.plugins.bulkclone.BulkClone/versions or version 3.1.2 for Bulk Clone Professional https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.lbcg.jira.plugin.pro.BulkClonePro/versions Sincerly Lars Broden

Hi J S
As a side note am not sure if you are aware that we "Zephyr for Jira" have the Clone functionality which can serve your purpose of cloning the test cases. The "Clone"option can be spotted under the More Dropdown button once you open a test cases.
If you have any doubts in following the above mentioned we suggest you to raise a support ticket with us which will help an engineer from Zephyr Support contact you immediately and help you out.
Please sign up to our support site "https://support.getzephyr.com/hc/en-us" and use the option "Submit a Case" to raise a ticket with us.

I need to clone over 34 test cases and don't want to open each one individually to clone them. Is there a way within Zephyr to clone more than one test case at a time?
