How long it usually take to initially review a new atlassian addon?

I uploaded a new addon and I was just wondering how long it usually take atlassian to review a new addon?

Also, do they review subsequent versions?

In normal cases they need 3 to 5 business days.

and subsequent versions? arn't reviewd again
