Hi team,
I wanted to know that how safe is SQL for confluence plugin (8.5.0) to use with Confluence 6.9.1 version .
Is there any chance of security breach ?
Hi @140401 kindia,
The SQL for confluence plugin is indeed secure. In addition, we have added multiple ways to secure the usage of SQL for confluence apps. The various techniques of adding the security measures to control use, include Database permissions, Role based security, Macro Security for Confluence etc. By using this, you can secure the usage of the SQL for confluence plugin. Please refer to the following links for detailed information on how to secure the use of SQL macros and securely run the SQL queries.
