Hi Kalpita,

currently, there are no native integrations with the Proforma app. I did notice in their documentation that they have integrated with the built-in service desk automation - perhaps you can use that instead in this case - https://blog.thinktilt.com/form-automation-for-jira

You could perhaps use the advanced section to set these values but I'm not sure of the syntax.
