How to change status of Discussion? How to create reply?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I installed the Discussion Forum add-in and created a couple of discussions.  I cannot see any obvious links or actions to change status or create a Reply.  Is there a role a need to create?

Hi Peter,

We apologize for this delayed answer. The label and notification doesn't work correctly within answers plate-form.

Actually discussion status changes automatically when you comment on the page or can change also when you mark a discussion as "a useful reply".
