I would like to copy DATE Custom field value to another DATE Custom Field? 

How to do using Automation for JIRA Plugin.

I think you need to provide more details. How do you want to go about it ? One possible way could be to trigger a rule (issue updated possibly) when the custom date gets updated in issue A, then use jql to find related issue B. Once found use the Edit Issue action in the same rule to update Issue B. Use Copy from trigger issue for the custom field. Hopefully that should work
