How to correctly apply my Balsamiq Mockups for Confluence 10 Users: Starter License in my Confluence OnDemand instance?

How how do I apply my license in Confluence?

When I navigate to the Plugin Management page:

Wiki > Administration > Configuration > Plugins > Balsamiq Mockups

I only see an option to validate my 30 day trial license rather than an option to update my license information with my full 1 year license.

Really do wish Balsamiq was available directly through Atlassian OnDemand management console.

Hi, according to the screenshot you have an unlimited Confluence license. You will need a matching license for Balsamiq.

I'd check the licensing information for your Confluence and if this isn't correct contact Atlassian support to get it fixed. Once done, the Balsamiq license should apply correctly.

Hi,

Actually, Balsamiq is the only plugin that can be applied with a lower user tier than the main application. So a license for 10 users should work alright.

MLehane, you should be able to update your license with the one you purchased from Balsamiq (as you're using OnDemand, I understand you purchased it directly from them) - you might want to double check with them to make sure you're entering the right details. If it's not a problem with the license, we can look for other solutions.
