Hi- we've encountered an issue with Zephyr for JIRA 2.0 that requires a downgrade to the previous version.
What are the recommended steps for doing so and has this been tested by Zephyr? Impact on existing Test data?
Thanks,
Erik
Hey Erik,
It's up! https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.thed.zephyr.zapi
Be quick and you can be the third download.
Cheers,
Chris
Erik,
I'm can only guess that like almost every other AdOn in the market place there will be free trials of ZAPI.
The ETA is basically that we have submitted ZAPI to Atlassian for approval and it is awaiting their internal approcal process. We're unable to make any predictions on timing of Atlassian's approval process.
I acknowledge you're in a pickle but I'm not sure whether we at Zephyr support are able to help.
In the meant time, you can do some prep for ZAPI:
Check out: http://developer.yourzephyr.com/zapi/index.php
Which includes an interactive page: http://docs.getzephyr.apiary.io/
Kind Regards,
Chris

Hi Erik,
At this point our dev team has reported there isn't a downgrade path. What sort of issue did you run into?
You can cover it here or send us an email to support@getzephyr.com.
Kind Regards,
Chris

Hi Chris- we've been using REST to integrate our test automation with Zephyr for JIRA and 2.0 locked us out, which means we're dead in the water until ZAPI comes out (or we make a change).
Can you confirm if there will be a free trial of ZAPI available? Is there an ETA?
Thanks for your reply,
Erik
