How to enable the Service for the script runner escalation service, if it is not added by installation?

We havethe problem, that the escalation service is not added by installation.

An d if I try to add the service manually, I get thois error:

 Class [com.onresolve.jira.groovy.canned.admin.EscalationService] was not found. Ensure that you have typed it correctly and it is in the classpath. 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm running through all of our old AA questions and trying to mop them up. If this is still a bug could you please raise this via our Support Portal together with the version of ScriptRunner, JIRA and the relevant excerpt from the atlassian-jira.log file (this is available through the ScriptRunner admin GUI in more recent versions)?
