We are using Tempo Version: 7.9.2

on JIRA Version: 6.6.12-D20141103T221335

We would like to adjust some time in Tempo over a year ago but we are only able to go back to December 1, 2013. Is there any way we can edit time further back than this? Is there a setting I can adjust in JIRA?

I have attached a screen shot of our Period Management screen in Tempo.

Any help is grately appreciated.

Thank you,

Andrea LaPlume

Hi Andrea,

the interface only shows the last 12 periods but you can open/close any period by POST-ing to the correct URL. Here is one way of doing it:

Use Chrome and install the Postman extension
Open Postman and configure. See attached screenshot (the newest version might look a bit different)
Insert correct URL. http://yourserver.com/rest/tempo-rest/1.0/config/period/status/
Select POST
Select x-www-form-urlencoded
Add the parameters
Send!
Your period should now be OPEN/CLOSED.

Please take also a look at https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/JTMPO-591 as it handles the same problem.

Kind regards,

Susanne
