How to migrate TEMPO data from server to cloud?

Hi,

We have just migrated JIRA server to the JIRA cloud.

However it seems that Tempo timesheets were not migrated.

How can we migrate/import the historical timesheet data?

Hi @HighSkillz High ,

There are differences between database structures in Server and Cloud. Nowadays is NOT possible to migrate but this is on Tempo's roadmap to make it possible.

Just curious if there are any updates on that? I want to migrate from Server to Cloud and migrating Tempo is one of the blockers preventing me from doing that...

There is still not automation process in place in doing it. 

However we have trained and delegated the migration job to a handful of partners of ours. If you reach out to our support we could route you to a partner to your convenience.
