How to post a message from Mattermost to Jira project

I am trying to update the jira project basing the keyword in Mattermost messages.

Eg: #issue

If any message in channel starts with word '# issue' then it has to get updated in jira for a specific project.

I have tried this link : https://jsoftconnector.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JS/pages/588283927/Mattermost+connector+-+Setup

But not able to send any update to Jira project.

Please help in configuring it.
