We are now upgraded to Jira 5.1.1 and using JIM 4.4. According to issue JIM-620, they've fixed the problem with multiuser picker fields. I can confirm that we are now able to load a single value (username) into our multiuser picker-type field. I need to know what the correct format for loading multiple user names into the the field via CSV file is.
I have tried using a single column, with the user names in the column separated by a comma and space. This resulted in a new user with the names concatenated with a space and comma in the middle. I tried the two names with only a space between them, and a new user was also created. I tried two columns with the same name (like you do for fix version, components, and the like), but only the first column's value was used.
