I cannot install a recruitment workflow add on from the marketplace, Error message is that the file is too large.

Hi Robert,

The OnDemand workflow importer is currently limited to packages that do not exceed 5MB. The Recruitment Workflow is 5.6MB.

We recognise this is a bug, https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-33136 , please add your vote and watch the issue for further updates.

There is no other workaround available for the interim.

if you're using MYSQL, it could be caused by max package size exceed issue mentioned :
