Hi,
Deleting an internal issue can mean two things; (1) deleting the JIRA Issue itself or (2) deleting/removing the internal issue from the internal issues list in the Tempo administration.
As Heiða mentioned in her answer deleting the JIRA Issue will delete any worklogs on that issue. However if you simply remove the issue from the internal issues in the Tempo administration the JIRA Issue will remain intact with all its worklogs. The issue will simply disappear from the list of internal issues when logging work.
I hope this gives you more insight into how the Internal issues in Tempo work.
Best regards,
Albert Hauksson

Hi Gail
If you delete the JIRA issue all the worklogs will be deleted (both JIRA and Tempo) along with attachments and comments. There will be a warning message displayed before, asking if you wish to proceed. If you then create a new internal issue only the worklogs that you connect directly to the new issue will be referenced by that issue.
If you meant something else by deleting, please clarify. If you wish to share more information I recommend creating an issue in our Support System. This promotes faster response times. Best regards,
