Import data from Tempo to EazyBI

Hi, our company use Tempo teams for distinguish between internal and external users, who work on our projects.

Now we need to prepare summary reports about that Teams.

We can´t define team  using function Aggregate in eazyBI because of many users (more than 1000) and there is a big fluctuation between the members of teams.

So we are looking for way how to import these data to eazyBI from Tempo timesheets directly.

Is that possible in EazyBI?

A supplementary question: It is possible to import user´s (assignee, reporter) email address  to the plugin?

Hi,

You can import almost all information from JIRA (standard fields, custom fields) as assignee, reporter.

I didn't find a way to import user information as e-mail address.
