Increment Length for Easy Agile Programs

Can the increment length be adjusted?  We have an increment length of 7 weeks, but the sprints are all 2 weeks.  Can sprints within an increment be set to different lengths?

Looking into this more, I have the option of choosing the sprint length, from 1 to 4 weeks, and the sprint count, from three to twelve sprints.  This determines the length of my increment.  There is no changing it once i have set it up.
