Insight: Work with quantity

Please tell me how you can work with the amount of equipment.
For example, if there are printers and 10 identical cartridges, how can you make it so that you can see that two cartridges are currently in use in printers, and eight cartridges remain?

Hi,

I think that you can add a new atribute (attribute type Object - linked to the printer's type) and used cartridges mark as used by linking to a priter object by the new atribute.

Than you can find (un)used cartridges simply by a filter.
