Is it plan to support realtime update any time soon? (for better multi user colaboration)

Yes, we'd love to do this! It would be superb for distributed team collaboration!

We've just returned from AtlasCamp (Atlassian's developer conference, last week in Barcelona) and got a few ideas there about how we may be able to approach this for Jira Cloud and Jira Server - different technology, different solutions.

I don't have an ETA at this stage, but I can't see us getting to this before early 2019 due to the existing roadmap and architectural considerations of the two distributions.

I've made a note on the story on our backlog ("Live Update") to follow up here as we begin exploring in more detail.
