Is it possible to define enhanced notification schemes?

Is it possible to define enhanced notification schemes in order to assign them to project?
Instead of creating enhanced notification rules on per-project basis only?

An example would be to notify a project administrator of every change to blocker issues.

Hi Robert,

That is not currently possible in the enhanced notifications plugin. It is something we can consider for a future feature release.

In our Project Creator for JIRA, you can create notification schemes to use to create projects from templates but they are not enhanced notification schemes and they are still per project.
