Is it possible to dock the Team Planning capacity row?

Is it possible to dock the Team Planning capacity row, so that when you scroll down to the bottom of the sprints it remains visible and doesn't go away? Same concept of freezing rows in Excel.  If there are more stories than visible in the view and you scroll to the bottom the capacity row goes too and it is useful to have visible all the time when in planning and rearranging stories in sprints.
