Is it possible to mention sb. AND let sb. watch mentioning page automatically?

Confluence 4.3 user mention is a good social feature. But I find it should be better. When mentioning someone, I hope someone to watch the mentioning page as well. I know that I can suggest/persuade the mentioned person to watch the page, but that's now convenient, because he may forget to watch it.

Please don't tell me I should not force someone to watch a page so to flood his email box; I think I should, because that brings us convenience 99% of the time. In case the receiving guy does not like to be flooded, he could unwatch the page.

Rian Josua Masikome [Atlassian] confirms that Confluence 4.3.5 does not have such feature yet. So I'd like to raise a feature request in https://jira.atlassian.com .
